Special precautions
Avoid pregnancy for at least 1 month after vaccination.
Giving with other vaccines
- Qdenga: should not be given on the same day; if given on different days, allow at least 28 days between them. The Qdenga dengue vaccine is a SPECIAL exception: it must NOT be given on the same day as any other live vaccine (such as MMR or chickenpox); the two must be at least 28 days apart.
- Varivax: can be given on the same day; if given on different days, allow at least 28 days between them. MMR and chickenpox vaccines can be given at the same visit at two different sites. If they are not given on the same day, they must be at least 28 days apart.
