Special precautions
Indicated from 12 months of age. Women should avoid pregnancy for 3 months after vaccination.
Giving with other vaccines
- MMR II: can be given on the same day; if given on different days, allow at least 28 days between them. MMR and chickenpox vaccines can be given at the same visit at two different sites. If they are not given on the same day, they must be at least 28 days apart.
