Applies to the yhdp.vn website and the An Tiêm app.

1. Medical information is for reference only

Content about diseases, vaccines, schedules and vaccination calendars is compiled from guideline books and Ministry of Health documents (see data sources). Schedules calculated by the website and the app are reference schedules, not medical prescriptions. You need a pre-vaccination screening and advice from a health worker before every vaccination. In an emergency, go to the nearest health facility or call 115.

2. An Tiêm accounts

• You sign in with your own phone number and are responsible for keeping your device and OTP codes secure.
• You only create profiles for yourself and for relatives you are entitled to represent (minor children, people under your guardianship) or who have given their consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the vaccination record.
• We may suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised use or that harm the system.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, collect data automatically without permission, interfere with the system, or post false health information.

4. Intellectual property

The YHDP and An Tiêm names and logos, the interface and the compiled content belong to the operator. You may quote content for non-commercial purposes if you clearly credit yhdp.vn.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the data accurate and the service stable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted or that reminder notifications will always arrive on time (this depends on networks and devices). Do not rely only on reminder notifications; keep your appointments with your vaccination clinic.

6. Personal data

How personal data is collected and processed is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; if that fails, they are brought before the competent authorities in Vietnam.
