Delete your An Tiêm account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete in the app

1. Open the An Tiêm app and go to Account.
2. Choose Privacy → Delete account.
3. Read the information and confirm. If you want to keep a copy of your vaccination record, choose Export data first.

Can no longer access the app?

Send an email to baohd@yhdp.vn from your email address, stating the phone number you registered with. We verify ownership of the phone number before deleting and reply when it is done.

Data that is deleted

• Your account and your phone authentication account on Firebase.
• All family member profiles, vaccination records and rabies vaccination courses.
• Notifications, reminder settings, pending reminders, devices receiving notifications, saved articles and consent history.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Data that is kept

• Security logs (time, type of action, IP address), which contain no health information, kept for up to 24 months for system security and legal requirements.
• Data may remain in system backups until those backups are replaced on their regular cycle; backups are only used to restore the system after an incident.
