Newborns: 0, 1, 2, 12 months (dose 1 within the first 24 hours)
For: Infants (0–1 year)

Dose 1 within 24 hours of birth; if missed, as soon as possible within 28 days. Doses at least 1 month apart. Children receiving a combination vaccine with hepatitis B (5-in-1, 6-in-1) do not need separate doses 2–4.

Special precautions
Under 10 years 0.5 ml, from 10 years 1 ml. Immunocompromised people receive a double dose on a 0, 1, 2, 6-month schedule.
